We have three rings plus our "patterned cats" specialty ring that need sponsorship for each show, the minimum donation covers most of the ribbons and placings under one judge’s ring, including the Breed Awards and Group Awards. The “ring sponsor” has their Company Name printed on the ribbons that go home with the Winners.

Additional “ring sponsorship” funds are encouraged as ribbons usually range between $450-$480 per ring, any funds above the minimum will go towards prizes for your company’s ring. Be the star of the show with the stars of the show!
At the end of the show points are calculated across the three rings + the specialty ring and the 6 groups and we will have our “supreme, specialty patterned winner & overall group winners”. These are the cats and owners receiving the highest accolades on the day and their ribbons and prizes reflect that achievement. The costing for Supreme & Overall winners’ rosettes are usually between $25-$100ea and on average there is about 12+ top winning placings. The “supreme sponsor” has their Company Name printed on the ribbons that go home with the Winners.

We have three rings + the specialty ring and six groups that need sponsorship for each show.
Expected entry of cats should be around 120-150 entries.
Depending on your product and sponsorship goals the following items can be covered:
Welcome packs for each exhibitor, your pre-made and supplied or product/items given to add to club made welcome packs
Top three best in group, for each of the four rings with 6 groups, totals 72 prizes needed across the show
Side Classes (best eye colour, best coat/grooming, best temperament etc…) for each group, usually there are 5 side classes per group, totals 30 prizes needed across the show
Supreme / Overall Bests –These would be the most coveted prizes, for Supreme over all the rings combined points, there is usually an average of 12 placings needing the best prizes.
Raffle items for fundraising
The PCC Inc recognizes the value of product-based sponsorship and welcomes those who are willing to give of their quality products. This is a great way to gain exposure and public awareness of your product and to give back to the community for their patronage. Often shows are filled with breeders who will not only use products but recommend products to the next generation of pet owners who get their kittens from registered breeders.
You will be asked to send a retail value of your product you're planning to sponsor so that we can place you in the sponsorship level on our sponsors promotion page. The sponsorship levels can be found above on the General Show Sponsorship drop down. Copper - Bronze - Silver - Gold - Diamond - Platinum levels.
Product sponsors are encouraged to provide a Photo Wall or standing banners for display show days and relevant fund raisers.

Sponsor a Judge!
The more judges sponsorships the club can secure the further afield we can look to source exciting judges from. Each year we have the opportunity to consider Local Judges, Interstate Judges or International Judges.
When we host a judge we are responsible for their parking, transfers, flights, meals & accommodation. So depending on how far away our judges are traveling from, will dictate their costs to the club for the annual show.
At a minimum each show will require four All Breed Judges, or a combination of multiple judges so that we have four rings worth of judging completed in a day.
Local Judge $200
This will cover the "Judges Dinner" that the Club hosts the evening before the show along with catering costs on the show day for breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and drinks. Sponsoring a local judge you will receive:

The PCC Inc recognizes the value of service-based sponsorship and welcomes those who are willing to give of their time and expertise. Following are lists of services that are needed at each show:
Vet Staff
All GCCFSA affiliated shows are required to have a minimum of 2 vet staff that can health check/clear all the cats as they come in the doors for entry into the show. Vetting begins at 7:30am and ends at 9am.
You are able to Sponsor your services for a vet / vet nurse to “vet in” the cats.

Catering
Judges, Stewards & Managers catered Lunches. Usually there are between 3-5 judges and 5-7 supporting staff as stewards, ring clerks and Show Managers that are working all day with the cats and need to be fed!
Lunch provided/catering for 10-12 people is needed at every show.

Tour Guide
International Judge/s outings. Usually international Judges will be arriving a couple days prior to the show and while the show managers are busy with set up we need individuals who are willing to go and collect our international judge and fund the day of taking them out to sites, points of interest and meals. A suitable & safe vehicle for transport is required to apply for this sponsorship.
the cost (for judges expense) will range depending on your suggested itinerary and the judges interests. All itineraries must be submitted and approved by the PCC prior to the day and all costs incurred is the sponsorship. The PCC will assist in liaising the sponsor and the judge/s concerning their interests and needs for the day.

Most often we like to exchange your trading space for a sponsorship of products or vouchers that the PCC can add to it's fundraising raffle on the day. This highlights and promotes your product in our raffles leading up to the show and on the day.

Corporate Members are ASIC businesses with ABNs wishing to support the PCC and its direction in shaping the club and its annual shows, having a voice in the wider cat fancy via PCC Delegates attending GCCFSA (ACF affiliated) meetings and voting as directed by the membership in agenda items.
